After visiting Ragusa Ibla, a fine "packed lunch" prepared by the chef of our restaurant "Don Eusebio" will be served on the banks of the stream "Misericodia" in the splendid natural setting of a 15th century mill.
The excursion continues north to the Santa Rosalia dam and then by car through the Irminio Valley to Modica, stopping at one of the famous pastry shops to taste Modica's handmade chocolate. Visit the Polara Palace and the Cathedral of San Giorgio.
From Modica we continue to Scicli through the Grotta della Fiumara; visit Scicli from a panoramic viewpoint, visit the Church of S. Bartolomeo, the Convent of S. Domenico, the Beneventano Palace, stop at the 'Caffè della Piazza' to taste the famous granita and return to the hotel.
