The tower of the XV century consists of three floors . On the ground-floor there’s a living-room and private utilities. On the first floor there’s the bedroom with vaults and capitals of the XV century; it overlooks the private garden and the “Corte Araba”.
Located in the 14th-century North Tower, the oldest part of the Eremo della Giubiliana, built by the Teutonic Knights of Grand Master Hermann Von Salza and named in honour of the owner and founder of the Eremo della Giubiliana Jolanda Vincenza Nifosì, the main floor of the tower has two rooms characterised by cross vaults and 15th-century floors inlaid with pitchstone and soft limestone.
